Latest: ZEC bars polling agents from bringing phones, pens on elections day

TH Zimbabwe Elections Commission (ZEC) has barred all political parties agents from bringing their cellphones, ballpoint pens among other gadgets when they turn up to observe the March 26 by elections.

The details were revealed by Civil Society group, Heal Zimbabwe in an update.

“Breaking: @ZECzim  today announced during a training of Polling Agents in #KwekweCentral that all polling agents must not carry a phone, torch or pen & paper into the polling station on the day of the by-election,” the update said.
