WESTPROP Holdings has marked a significant milestone in Zimbabwe’s urban development with the groundbreaking of Pomona Flats, the first residential phase of the ambitious US$4 billion Pomona City project.
This high-rise complex is set to become a central part of the smart city initiative, which aims to redefine modern living in Harare by providing a self-sustaining environment where residents can work, live, shop, and socialise.
Described as “a city within a city,” Pomona City is located next to the Wingate Golf Club and a short distance from the Green Zone, Harare’s rapidly expanding commercial hub.
