CONTROVERSIAL political activist, Sengezo Tshabangu has reportedly petitioned the Speaker of Parliament and recalled 15 Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) legislators and 17 councilors.
Sources privy to Tshabalungu shenanigans allege that he played a pivotal role in endorsing his signature on behalf of bogus CCC legislators who later created the problem of double candidates.
Other sources within the Zimbabwe Congress of Trade Unions (ZCTU) alleged that Tshabalungu once invaded the labour movement and caused untold mayhem around 2009 when he was still the President of the Zimbabwe Catering and Hotel Workers Union (ZCHWU).
