A coalition representative, Commander Sonia Marrion, on Wednesday marched to Harare’s Munhumutapa building and challenged President Emmerson Mnangagwa to order a national referendum on Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3 before assenting to it, warning that failure to do so would prompt the coalition to organize a People’s Referendum and restore constitutional order.
