Archbishop Ezekiel Guti’s body expected in Zim this Saturday

THE body of the late ZAOGA founder and leader ,Archbishop Dr Ezeliel Guti is expected touch the ground at the Robert Mugabe International Airport on Saturday.
The revered church leader’s solid history spanning over 75 years work in the ministry within Zimbabwe and beyond breathed his last on July 5 2023, bringing to an end one of the world’s successful Christian life stories.
Even in death, Guti’s work and impact is expected to live on through the congregation estimated to be over three million followers across the globe.
In an update Thursday, the ZAOGA leadership announced the late Archbishop’s body homecoming.
“We announce the home coming of our father, who is accompanied by our mother, Archbishop Prof Eunor Guti and the family this Saturday, 22 July 2023 around 12pm.
“We therefore encourage Greater Harare, Norton and Chitungwiza members to come in numbers and honor our father at Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport, Harare on this historic day,” said the update.
Congregants will line up along Airport Road from the Airport Round about to Braeside Roundabout before the convoy proceeds to the Palour.
“You are encouraged to wear any ZAOGA FIF regalia for this accession .Designated parking spaces have been identified and details will be communicated by the organizers soon.
“Those from outside Harare are encouraged to come for the Grand Celebrations scheduled for 3-6 August 2023 .The overseers are welcome to represent their Provinces,” added the update.
