WestProp commissions US$500 000 Millennium Heights gate

RISING property firm, WestProp Holdings Limited has commissioned a US$500 000 Millennium Heights gate signaling a milestone achievements at the million dollar luxurious property.
Situated in the leafy suburb of Borrowdale West, the Millenium Heights is poised to host 1 000 apartments created in 12 well-built blocks of flats.
Speaking to journalists on the occasion to officially open the gate, WestProp Holdings CEO, Ken Sharpe said the event was momentous and game changing in the country’s property sector.
“It’s a special day for us here at West Prop Limited. We have announced the opening of the Millennium Heights Gatehouse. This is not just another gatehouse. This is US$500 000 investment to put together this magnificent elegant structure that is well designed.
“We know it is going to stand the test of times in terms quality. Not only that this is a symbolic announcement that the ancient gates have been opened literally and spiritually to the Zimbabwean community,” he said.
Sharpe said WestProp Zimbabwe continues to be guided by the culture of doing things in excellence as symbolized by the unveiled Gate which also presents the latest technology.
“We have invested in for the security in 24/7 CCTV surveillance and in that system we have facial recognition and number plate recognition systems. So all vehicle will be recognized before they get to the gate. When they get to the boom, the face reader will recognize their faces and say Welcome Mr So and So.
“You don’t even need to interact with the Security Guards or even fill a form because the system is automated and digitalized through an AI system at the head office,” he said.
He added WestProp Limited intends to capiltalise on its land bank and unlock people centered projects in the near future.
