Zim’s Covid19 cases hit 31

ZIMBABWE’s Covid19 confirmed cases have risen to 31 as three more Harare residents tested positive after recent tests.
In an update, the Health Ministry reported that among the new cases were local transmissions entering the list. “Of the PCR tests done in Harare today, three were positive for Covid19 and all the PCR tests done in Bulawayo today were negative of Covid19.
Two of the three cases confirmed today were due to local transmissions.
All the three cases are stable and not in hospital,” said the update. A total of 380 tests were done Saturday giving a total of 6 067 tests having been done in a country with a total population of 15 million people.
“Therefore to date Zimbabwe now has a total of 31 confirmed cases four deaths and two recoveries. All the three cases are stable and not in hospital,” said the statement.
