THE Zimbabwe National Road Administration (ZINARA) has identified a number of partners to necessitate a 25% discount on licensing renewal at the ongoing Zimbabwe Agricultural Show.
The lucrative promos comes just a year after the roads administrator scrapped the penalties removal policy on license defaulters last year upon noticing that some motorists were making it a habit not to pay up on time.
In an update this week, ZINARA revealed that partners like the CBZ,Old Mutual,Tyre Club and Fitment Centre had come on board to offer a number of promotions during the ongoing Agricultural Show.
“Our target during this year’s agricultural show is to boost our vehicle licensing compliance rate and catalyse a sustainable culture of compliance among motorists .We therefore , resolved to run a cocktail of exciting promotions that will help us to achieve this objective.
“Our partners have come up with a 25% discount on light motor vehicle licensing discs ; provided you buy their respective insurance cover noptes.This is applicable to CBZ,Old Mutual and Zimnat ,” she said.
During the agricultural show period, Tyre Fitment Centre will be offering free wheel alignment , wheel balancing and suspension checks vouchers to at least 120 motorists that are going to license during the show.
Manyeza said ZINARA will be giving out 100 free licensing discs to lucky winners over and above free toll passes .
