Zim Covid19 cases rise to 23

ZIMBABWE’s confirmed Covid19 cases rise to 23 Wednesday evening.
The Health Ministry reported that the National Microbiology Reference Laboratory tested 28 samples.
Out of these 23 are from Harare, three from Mashonaland East, Mutare 1, Masvingo 1 and all were negative of Covid19.
“On the same day the National TB Reference Laboratory in Bulawayo tested 23 samples and five were positive of Covid19.All the five cases were due to local transmission,” said the Health Ministry in a statement.
It wa also reported that case 18 reported yesterday is a 44 year old male resident of Harare who returned from the United Kingdom on April 13 and had no signs or symptoms suggestive of Covid19
