ZIMBABWE CEO’s Network, a reputable grouping of top management leaders has honored Harare City Council’s acting chamber secretary, Warren Chiwawa with an award for excellence in the local authorities sector.
Conferring the award at a colorful event Thursday, the Zimbabwe CEO’s Network chief executive officer, Doctor Adrian Kathemba hailed Chiwawa’s contributions.
“We hereby present to Chiwawa an award of outstanding local authority legal leader of the year, Gold Winner in recognition for your outstanding ability to motivate and produce remarkable results in a remarkable manner,” the Zimbabwe CEO Network CEO , Dr Adrian Kathemba said in conferring the award.
Chiwawa holds a Bachelor of Laws Honours Degree from the University of Zimbabwe , a Masters of Business Administration (Strategic Management) from the National University of Science and Technology , a Master of Laws Degree (International Law) from the University of Zimbabwe, he is currently the board chairperson for Rufaro Marketing Board , director and board member at Sunshine Development Pvt Ltd.
He has a long history in the legal fraternity having worked in the Attorney General’s office as a Senior Law Officer in charge of legislative drafting before joining the cotton industry as a legal adviser.
