“The SOSES is a nationwide survey curated by ZBFH to track and create a baseline for measuring customer experience across various services industries including the government and quasi-government entities. Its primary objective is to create the growth of Zimbabwe’s service economy.

“The SOSES emerges from our tireless quest for transformation, redefining fundamental values to deliver an unparalleled service and an elevated customer experience,” he said.

Fungura underscored  it echoes the commitment to purpose as ZB which is to enrich lives through exceptional service and reminded attendants that naturally,  Zimbabweans  place service at the heart of the cultural system making it easy to translate such value systems  into business competencies

He described the survey as a key ingredient underlying the dedication to catalyse positive change   and drive progress within the nation’s service standards across various sectors and industries.

“At ZB we believe that one can only improve their standards of service from a point of honest feedback which confronts us to improve. The survey will offer insights into the service economy, informing us of all of the standards we aspire to pursue and maintain for our valued customers.

“Therefore pioneering this survey will require us to drive a positive change and promote a culture of excellent service not just in the service industry but the nation as a whole,” said Fungura.

He expressed optimism that the survey results will provide actionable data that can influence strategic decisions for businesses, government agencies and investors as well as shaping the landscape of the services economy.
