WestProp Holdings Stands Tall As ED Block Scoops Top Gong At Continental Property Event

THE ED Block at Millennium Heights has won one of Africa’s most prestigious awards, the Best New Upmarket Residence Development at the just ended Africa Property Investment Summit awards in Cape Town.
The block was recently handed to owners who have since taken occupancy in the decorated apartment building with 102 units and two penthouses.
Chief executive Mr Ken Sharpe was on hand to receive the award which he immediately dedicated to the “Lord Jesus Christ, who makes us an example and encouragement to others”.

Named in honor of President Emmerson Mnangagwa, this distinguished six-story residential masterpiece was ground-broken in November 2023, marking a significant chapter in Harare’s evolving skyline.
It became the first six-story residential building in the northern suburbs with indications that the next block will have 10 floors.
