WestProp Holdings expedites concurrent billion dollar project accomplishments

LISTED property market game changer, WestProp Holdings Limited has set in motion an aggressive strategy which is expediting the timeous completion of multiple billion dollar projects by the first quarter of 2025.
In a market update this week, the group revealed that the strategy will see multiple projects being undertaken concurrently in the current year of 2024.
Multi-billion dollar projects like the Pomona City and The Hills, an esteemed premier golf estate are some of the projects being undertaken concurrently in the planning and implementation phases with civil works and a US$10 million upgrade of the Golf Course taking place concurrently in 2024.
The Millenium Heights project is also expected to be launched during the same quarter as the state of the art Gatehouse in Q2 2024, with Block 3 schedule for handover the following quarter.
“The remaining phases of the US$4 billion project are set to be unveiled by first quarter of 2025.
Additionally, WestProp Holdings will officially launch it Millenium Heights State of the art Gatehouse in q2 , with Block 3 scheduled for handover in Q3 2024.
“The group is upbeat that its diversified portfolio and strategic initiatives have positioned it favorably to leverage emerging opportunities while effectively mitigating potential risks,” WestProp’s chief finance officer, Simbarashe Kadye said.
Meanwhile , the group has seen revenue increasing to US$7,03 million in the first quarter period ended March 31 2024
The revenue increase amounted to 11,54 % compared to the Same Period Last Year prompting a payback to shareholder value after declaring a US$857 143 dividend.A total 72% of the generated revenue was attributed to the group’s Pokugara Residential Estate townhouses, which generated US$5,05 million in sales.
