WestProp duo scoops top excellence awards

TWO top executives working for reputable property developer, WestProp Holdings were this week conferred with top corporate governance and excellence awards in yet another gesture proving why the company’s flag continues tom scale up dizzy heights.

Towards the end of the year 2024, WestProp Holdings has dominated several local and global awards conferred to the company itself, its CEO, Ken Sharpe and top official, Tatiana Ellis.

Even top management members from across the company’s departments received countless awards in  a development which testifies the extent to which the culture of excellence is engrained in the concern’s operations.

Just this week, the company’s legal brains  Denzel Malikwa was recognized as the best legal head legal of 2024.

His legal exploits have seen the leading real estate giant clear legal hurdles paving way towards building Zimbabwe brick by brick.

Mr Malikwa has been giving sound legal advice and taking time to scrutinize all company documents to clear ambiguities and smoothen legal communication.

The awards were in risk management and corporate governance.

Guest of honor Minister Professor Paul Mavima responsible for Skills Audit and Development lauded the organizers for celebrating the winners.

Finance Director Mr Simbarashe Kadye capped an eventful 2024 with his second excellence award in two months on the run.

He received an award of excellence in financial oversight.

The company was awarded the best environmental sustainability governance (ESG ) Impact award confirming other awards the company has won this year and in previous years.

The company has made a commitment to sustainable development using innovation and technology.

Company chief executive Mr Ken Sharpe expressed excitement with the awards noting that excellence was now endemic in WestProp.
