ZIMBABWE born award winning golf course architect Peter Matkovich has put up a world class design at The Hills Championship Golf Course.
Details on the latest developments were shared at an event held in Harare recently where The Hills Golf Course Championship also launched its membership plan.

The project is part of the luxury estate implemented by leading property firm, WestProp Holdings Limited.
The 18-hole championship golf course will be completed by December 2026 on the back of plans to partially open it in July next year, with a soft launch allowing golfers to experience the course.

“The other thing is to build it to certain specifications because, at the end of the day, we know people judge a great golf course by its condition. So, the condition of this course is guaranteed because we are using the latest grasses on greens and the tees.
“We have done courses here and every time I come back two years later, they’ve just deteriorated because they haven’t maintained it. Now we have a guarantee that we’re going to look after this course for the first three years, guaranteed so those standards will be in place.”
