Russia’s Economic Relations Minister Vyacheslav set to visit Harare for three days, business to take center stage

The Minister of Economic Relations of the Sverdlovsk Region of the Russian Federation, Honourable Yarin Vyacheslav will pay an official visit to Zimbabwe from 1-3 March 2023.
He will be accompanied by the deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Sverdlovsk Region of the Russian Federation, Honourable Igor Zelenkin and a business delegation.
During his visit, Minister Vyacheslav will hold meetigs with Industry and Commerce Minister, Dr Sekai Nzenza and catains of industry as part of efforts to discuss potential areas of economic cooperation between Zimbabwe and the Sverdlovs Region of Russia.
The meeting will also be attended Midlands Province Provincial Minister, Larry Mavima, as the two nations intend to establish a twinning arrangement between the Midlands province and the Sverdlovsk Region of Russia.
During the visit, the delegation will also tour industrial sites specializing in machinery and equipment for timber processing, the production of rubber and pharmaceutical substances.
To cap the visit, a roundtable discussion will be held on March 2 2023, as Zimbabwe and the Russian federation broaden their cooperation on account of the existing excellent political relations.
