The High Court has finally granted Neville Mutsvangwa and his accomplices US$1000 bail after almost a month at the remand prison.
His bail, by Judge justice Rodgers Manyangadze, came after two postponements of the hearing.
Manyangadze ordered the 44-year-old to surrender his passport.
He also said the refusal by a magistrate to give him bail curtailed fair trial of the accused persons.
