Just In: Ostallos  Siziba files papers as an independent candidate

Gift Ostallos Siziba Monday submitted papers as an independent for Pelandaba-Tshabalala to circumvent another recall by Sengezo Tshabangu, who has appropriated the CCC party name.

 By-elections in 6 constituencies to be held on February 3.
