HARARE City Council (HCC) Mayor Jacob Mafume Wednesday led the Commission of Inquiry to an undeveloped stand he purports as his residence.
Sources accused him of lying under oath. The purported residential stand belongs to one Mr Pfukwa and is situated at 110 Coronation, in Greendale, Harare.
