Circumstances are that on the night of December 28,2024, the boy’s family retired to bed and everyone went to their bedroom.

The following morning, informant discovered Malvern’s lifeless body dangling from a tree before alerting his family.

Inspector Kohwera said authorities are concerned with suicidal deaths amongst minors, which have become prevalent throughout the province.

“It is worrisome that the trend is increasing were minors take their lives after being corrected by their parents or guardians.

“We appeal to the general public to counsel young people that taking their life after being corrected is not a solution rather they must appreciate it inorder to become future leaders,” the police spokesman said.
