ZIMBAWE’s confirmed Coronavirus cases have risen to 29 after one symptomatic patient tested positive.
Said the Health Ministry in a statement, “The Ministry would like to report that out of the 101 PCR tests done in Bulawayo on 22nd of April 2020 , one tested positive for Covid19.Therefore to date Zimbabwe has twenty nine confirmed case, two recoveries and four deaths out of a total 5 450 screening and dignostic tests done to date,” said the update.
The ministry also reported that all screening tests done in Bulawayo and Harare on Thursday were negative for Covid 19.
Finer details on causes of the infection around case 29 were not divulged.
