Roman Catholic priest Father Immanuel Ribeiro has died.
He was 86 years old and was admitted at St Anne’s Hospital where he died early Thursday morning.
A composer and novelist. Ribeiro has penned over 17 Roman Catholic Church songs.
He was the head of the committee which penned Zimbabwe’s national anthem and was part of the committee which designed Zimbabwe’s national flag.
