THE University of South Africa (UNISA) has rejected Prophet Walter Magaya’s Diploma , saying records show he has never been a student.
The Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) presidential hopeful Walter Magaya submitted a National Diploma in Marketing from the University Of South Africa (UNISA) to qualify for the post.
The diploma became the subject of scrutiny after Magaya submitted it to the High Court of Zimbabwe to contest his disqualification from the ZIFA presidential race. Magaya was barred from running due to not meeting the required five O-Level passes but argued that ZIFA’s rules allowed for “any equivalent.
Following his loss at the High Court last Thursday, UNISA has pulled another trigger claiming the popular prophet was never a student at the institution.
