THE high Court of Zimbabwe has barred any further recalls of the Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) members from parliament and councils bringing a temporary reprieve to the opposition party.
The latest development was confirmed the CCC Communication Department official , Ostallos Siziba in an update Tuesday.
“High Court judge Justice Chitapi has suspended any further recall of CCC Members of Parliement, Senators and councilors pending the determination of our matter that is before the high court,” he said.
